10 Years of Tsunami

A number of activities will take place in Aceh, starting December 25, 2014 until December 28, 2014, to commemorate 10 years of the tsunami. Vice President Jusuf Kalla has been there to follow this warning. "Definitely a lot of things changed as the spirit, facilities, buildings, and so much had changed. But most of the people to keep the spirit," said Kalla, in Banda Aceh, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, Thursday (12/25/2014).

Tsunami occurred on December 26, 2004, triggered by an earthquake measuring 9.3 on the Richter scale earthquake center was 3.3 degrees North latitude and 95.98 longitude.
