Sabang Island, Aceh - Indonesia

Sabang is a city located on the island of Weh and a gate at the west end area of Indonesia. Sabang has an area of 156.3 km² with the highest peak 617 meters above sea level. Because it is located in Pulau Weh many people who called Pulau Weh as Sabang Island. Weh Island itself is the main island and the largest parcel of land in Aceh by the Strait of Bengal.

Transport to Sabang

Sabang Weh Island is located in the north of the city of Banda Aceh at a distance of about 18 miles and can be reached in 45 minutes to 2 hours.
